Introductory conversation
The initial conversation is free. If you cannot attend, please provide notice so the time can be released or rearranged.
Booked work
Paid discovery, design or engineering work begins only under a separate written agreement. That agreement controls milestones, notice periods, payment and cancellation terms.
Scope changes
Requests that materially change users, platforms, features, integrations, timing or delivery assumptions may require a revised scope. Work already completed remains payable under the project agreement.
Refund review
Refund eligibility depends on the written agreement, completed work, reserved capacity and non-recoverable commitments. Digital or professional work already delivered is not automatically refundable.
External costs
Platform fees, software licences, devices, third-party subscriptions, store charges or other external costs may be non-refundable where the supplier does not return them.
Cancellation request
Send the project reference, relevant milestone and requested change to [email protected]. The applicable agreement will be reviewed before a response is provided.
